Getting Started

Set up your Artifi organization in under 10 minutes

What You Need

  • A Claude.ai Pro or Team account, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, or any tool that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • That's it. No installation, no server setup, no database configuration.

Set Up Your Organization

Step 1: Get Early Access

Get Early Access and we'll set you up with your organization. Once you're in, you'll receive your connection details and onboarding instructions.

Step 2: Start Your Onboarding

In Claude, simply say:

"Set up my company"

Claude will walk you through the full onboarding process — company details, legal entities, chart of accounts, payment terms, tax codes, number series, and more. You can complete it all in one conversation or come back to it later.

After Setup

Once your organization is set up, you can start working immediately:

Install Skills

Skills add specialized capabilities — Estonian payroll, UK VAT, industry-specific reporting. Browse available skills in the admin dashboard or ask Claude:

"What skills are available for my organization?"

Set Up Agents (Optional)

If you want background automation, activate agents through Claude:

"Set up the bill processor agent for emailed invoices"

Agents handle routine work — processing emailed bills, categorizing bank transactions, suggesting payment batches — so you can focus on decisions, not data entry.

Connect Integrations

Bring in data from external systems:

  • Stripe — card transactions and payments
  • Merit / SmartAccounts — accounting data sync
  • n8n / Zapier / Make — connect anything else

Set up connectors from the admin dashboard (credentials are encrypted and never exposed in chat).

Getting Help

At any point, you can ask Claude:

  • "What can I do?" — see available tools and capabilities
  • "Help me with month-end close" — guided workflows for complex processes
  • "Show me my onboarding status" — see what's set up and what's remaining
