Classifies every resolvable bank and card line, posts the GL entry, and matches it in a single pass.
Owns corporate-card processing, including learning a merchant's expense classification from prior human reviews.
Forces government and tax-authority card payments to human review — they settle liabilities, never auto-posted as expenses.
Learns the preferred source bank for each vendor from real payment history, so the Payment Proposal agent routes future payments correctly.
TRIGGER EVENTS
The agent does not run on its own. It wakes only when one of these events lands in the governed event queue.
CONTROL
Lines it can't resolve inline are deferred and delegated (master data, configuration, or triage) rather than guessed. Human review answers drive the final posting, and confident patterns are remembered so identical lines post without review next time.
